The eight Tai Chi movements have been shown to assist with balance.  Tai Chi can also help improve hand-eye coordination, enhance health and fitness, reduce stress and provide a gentle aerobic workout.   Tai Chi: Moving for Better Balance is a 12-week, 24 session workshop.

Funding for this program is provided by a grant for disease prevention and health promotion under the 2018 Older Americans Act, Title IIID, through the Florida Department of Elder Affairs.
