Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a FREE educational program designed to help family caregivers take care of themselves while caring for a friend or relative. Workshops are offered at Hope Healthcare at Healthpark in Fort Myers.

You will benefit from this class whether you are helping a parent, a spouse, a friend, someone who lives at home, in a nursing home, or across the country. Classes will teach you how to:
+ Reduce stress associated with caregiving
+ Balance your life
+ Improve your self-confidence
+ Better communicate your feelings
+ Increase your ability to make tough caregiving decisions
+ Locate helpful resources for caregivers in your community
This class series meets once a week for six weeks, beginning Friday, May 1 at Hope Healthcare Meeting Room C (9470 Healthpark Circle, Fort Myers).
