About the Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program:
Many older adults experience pain and stiffness resulting from Arthritis. The Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program is designed for adults 60 and over to reduce pain and stiffness, build strong muscle around their joints, increase energy, and reduce the risk of developing other health problems.
The Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program is a eight-week evidence-based class led by a certified instructor. The gentle exercises learned in these workshops are fun and easy to learn, and may be done either standing or sitting.
To Register:
To register for the Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program, contact Sherry Young at 866-413-5337 (866-41-ELDER) or sherry.young@aaaswfl.org. Before starting any exercise program, always check with your physician.
