About Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention:

Tai Chi can also help improve hand-eye coordination, enhance health and fitness, improve balance, reduce stress and provide a gentle aerobic workout. Tai Chi for Arthritis for Falls Prevention is an 8-week, 16 session workshop.
Funding for this program is provided by a grant for disease prevention and health promotion under the 2018 Older Americans Act, Title IIID, through the Florida Department of Elder Affairs.
