Beginning January 1, 2020, the forgoing providers will be responsible for the provision of services under the Older Americans Act administered by the Florida Department of Elder Affairs.
Any party who is substantially affected by the AAASWFL’s intended decision to award to the agencies shown above must file a written notice of protest with the AAASWFL by September 3, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. Procedures for filing a protest are outlined in AAASWFL RFP-2019-01 and in Rule 58C-1.0031, Florida Administrative Code. Failure to file a notice of protest as described in subsection (4) of Rule 58C-1.0031, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under Rule 58C-1.0031, F.A.C.
