Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a class for family caregivers. This program is designed to help family caregivers take care of themselves while also caring for a loved one. You will benefit from this class whether you are helping a parent, a spouse, a friend, someone who lives at home, in a nursing home, or even across the country.
Dates & Times:
This class meets every Tuesday for six weeks, starting on February 20. Classes are held from 9:30 am to 11:00 am.
There is no cost to attend, but a suggested donation of $30 will defray the cost of course materials.
