See below for registration information. \nAbout the Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program:\nMany older adults experience pain and stiffness resulting from Arthritis. The Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program is designed for adults 60 and over to reduce pain and stiffness\, build strong muscle around their joints\, increase energy\, and reduce the risk of developing other health problems. \nThe Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program is a eight-week evidence-based class led by a certified instructor.
