Chief Financial Officer
Responsible for coordinating and implementing the Health and Wellness and Elder Abuse Prevention initiatives of the Agency. This position also supports other functions of the Agency as needed. This position reports to the Director of Programs and Planning. Under the guidance of the Director of Programs and Planning this position is responsible for ensuring all annual contract deliverables are met in accordance with the Agency’s annual pre-determined timelines so that all grant dollars can be drawn down for the Agency.
This is a position on the staff of the Area Agency on Aging. The position of Aging Disability Resource Center (ADRC) Lead in the Client Services Department is vital to the Agency’s mission. In support of the Client Services Department, this professional position reports directly to the Director of Client Services.
This is a position on the staff of the Area Agency on Aging responsible for providing the coordination and administrative support necessary to coordinate, implement and administer the activities of the Veteran Directed Home and Community Based Services (VD HCBS) Program as well as assisting with completion and entry of ADRC 7015 screenings and education contacts. All work is performed under the general direction of the Director of Programs and Planning and is reviewed through regular conferences and reports for achievement of desired results. This position requires a high degree of organizational skill and initiative.
Management position responsible for managing and coordinating all functions of the Fiscal Department to ensure established standards and outcomes are met. She/he is also a liaison for all questions related to Fiscal services. This position requires a high degree of independent action and initiative. Areas of responsibility include but not limited to Contracts, Grants, Amendments, Accounting, Payroll, Audit and Fiscal monitoring. This position reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Fiscal Specialist III – Finance
Duties include general accounting, administrative clerical work, and CIRTS data entry. Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and organize tasks effectively, suggest ways to improve/streamline departmental services. The Fiscal Specialist III is to provide technical assistance to Lead agencies; and assist the Fiscal Manager in developing statistical information for the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the Department of Elder Affairs. Areas of responsibility may include but is not limited to contracts, grants, accounting, audits and monitoring.

Must be adept at interpreting and explaining complex information about programs and services, this position shall perform intake, screening potentially eligible individuals for enrollment; and/or triage duties which inform eligible or potentially eligible individuals, their families and/or educating community partners about support and services and how to obtain them.
