Client Services Supervisor

(Full Time | Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

This position is vital to the Agency’s mission. In support of the Director of Client Services Department, this professional position reports directly to the Director of Client Services. The Client Services Supervisor will oversee and assist employees in the performance of their job duties such as responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues and complaints. This in-office position requires a person with strong communication skills who can effectively work with management and staff and has a high degree of organizational skills and independent action that demonstrates prudent judgment and initiative. Fiscal Specialist 

(Full Time | Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

The fiscal specialist is responsible for assisting the fiscal manager and to develop, coordinate, implement and administer the overall programs. Duties include general accounting, administrative clerical work, and CIRTS data entry. This position requires in-office-work; regular physical presence and attendance at the worksite is required. Human Resource Manager

(Full Time | Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

This is an exempt position on the staff of the Area Agency on Aging for Southwest Florida (AAASWFL) which reports directly to the President/CEO.  The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, leave requests, and enforcing adherence to Agency policies and procedures. This position requires a high degree of organizational skill and independent action that demonstrates prudent judgement and initiative. Long-Term Care Specialist

This is a full-time position on the staff of Area Agency on Aging. Long-term care specialists must be adept at interpreting and explaining complex information about programs and services. Responsibilities include performing intake, screening potentially eligible individuals for enrollment; and/or triage duties which inform eligible or potentially eligible individuals, their families and/or educating community partners about support programs and services and how to obtain them. Phone Specialist – Elder Helpline

SHINE Bilingual Outreach Administrative Specialist

(Full Time | Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

Responsibilities include providing outreach and administrative support for the SHINE program (Serving Health Insurance Needs of Elders) which includes the Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP) and Medicare Improvement Patient Provider Act (MIPPA) programs, as well as providing outreach for the Agency as a whole.
