Tai Chi- Moving for Better Balance is a FREE 12-week, evidence-based wellness class. The workshop is designed for adults 60 and over, to help assist with balance and movement. Tai Chi- Moving for Better Balance is a basic beginner fall prevention workshop, consisting of eight Tai Chi movements.
Classes held Tuesdays/Thursdays from 3:15 to 4:15 at the Hope Cape Community Room. February 20 is the first class.
